基于应用型人才培养的汽车专业实验实训项目研究——以天津中德应用技术大学为例

Research on Automotive Professional Experimental Training Project based on Application-oriented Talent Training——Taking Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences as an example

产教融合,校企共同开发实验实训项目是目前应用型人才培养实践教学的新模式。基于产教融合模式的应用型人才培养,为学生灵活掌握理论知识、提升自身实践能力创造了条件。校企合作开展实验实训课程建设,优势明显、特色突出。本文分析了汽车专业校企共同开发实验实训项目现状、困难以及实施原则,结合自身实验实训项目开发经验,就基于应用型人才培养下的汽车专业实验实训项目进行研究,提出建设模式及发展趋势,为广大同行提供参考借鉴。

The integration of industry and education and the joint development of experimental training projects by schools and enterprises are new modes of practical teaching of application-oriented talent training.The cultivation of application-oriented talents based on the integration mode of industry and education creates conditions for students to flexibly master theoretical knowledge and improve their practical ability.Schoolenterprise cooperation to carry out the construction of experimental practical training courses,is with obvious advantages and outstanding characteristics.This paper analyzes the status,difficulties and implementation principles of the experimental training project jointly developed by schools and enterprises of the automotive industry,and combines the development experience of the experimental training project of the automobile professional to study the experimental training project of the automobile profession based on the training of application-oriented talents,and puts forward the construction mode and development trend to provide reference for the majority of peers.
