浅谈新能源纯电车型柔性生产的底盘合装方法

摘要 文章简单介绍了汽车底盘整体合装的目的及当前现状,提出了一种适合各车型柔性生产的底盘合装方法。针对底盘整体合装有可能出现的主要问题做了说明,并且对各车型高柔性生产时出现的问题给出了相应的应对措施。文中提出了底盘整体合装的工艺需求内容,用于约束产品的设计开发,并配合工艺布局、工装设备的前期规划,最终实现低成本、高柔性的精益生产。 This paper briefly introduces the purpose and current status of the overall assembly of automobile chassis,and proposes a chassis assembly method suitable for flexible production of various models.The main problems that may occur in the overall assembly of the chassis are explained,and corresponding countermeasures are given to the problems that occur in the high-flexibility production of each model.In this paper,the process requirements of the overall assembly of the chassis are proposed,which are used to constrain the design and development of products,and cooperate with the process layout and the preliminary planning of tooling equipment,and finally realize the lean production with low cost and high flexibility.
