基于社会综合效益最大化的轨道交通运营优化研究

摘要 城市轨道交通作为城市公共服务的重要组成部分,不仅能够保障市民日常安全便捷出行,同时有效带动区域经济发展。通过研究如何组织城市轨道交通运营方式,从而发挥城市轨道交通的综合效益是十分重要的。考虑到城市轨道交通的公益属性和民生意义,本文以乘客弹性出行为基础,构建社会综合效益价值最大化为上层目标函数、乘客出行最小阻抗为下层目标函数的双层规划模型,并采用嵌套遗传算法进行求解。最后,应用该模型和算法对济南市地铁3号线进行实例分析研究。 As an important part of urban public services,urban rail transit can not only ensure the daily safe and convenient travel of citizens,but also effectively drive regional economic development.It is very important to study how to organize the operation mode of urban rail transit,so as to give full play to the comprehensive benefits of urban rail transit.Considering the public welfare attributes and people's livelihood significance of urban rail transit,this paper constructs a two-layer planning model in which the maximization of social comprehensive benefit value is the upper objective function and the minimum impedance of passenger travel is the lower objective function based on passenger flexible travel,and nested genetic algorithm is used to solve it.Finally,the model and algorithm are applied to conduct a case study on Jinan Metro Line 3.
