我国部分城市交通拥堵治理现状研究及对策分析

Research and Countermeasures of Traffic Congestion Management in Cities in China

随着我国城镇化率提高,汽车保有量也大幅增长,以交通拥堵为代表的城市问题开始成为中国大城市的困扰,尤其是几个特大城市,如北京、上海等,交通拥堵的问题与日俱增。本文通过对北京、上海、西安、重庆几个城市的交通拥堵治理情况进行研究,总结以上城市的交通拥堵治理现状,通过分析以上城市的交通拥堵原因,得出造成交通拥堵的原因有共性原因也有差异性原因,共性原因主要是城市人口大量的出行需求与路网有限的承受能力之间的矛盾,差异性原因则与每个城市的特色有关,针对不同原因造成的交通拥堵,本文提出了相应的治理对策,同时探索其他城市交通拥堵治理的可行方法。

With the improvement of urbanization rate in China,the total quantity of vehicles has also increased greatly.Urban problem represented by traffic congestion has become a problem of large cities in China,and especially a few large cities,such as Beijing,Shanghai,traffic congestion problem is increasing with each day.By studying the traffic congestion governance in Beijing,Shanghai,Xi'an and Chongqing,this paper summarizes the current situation of traffic congestion governance in the above-mentioned cities.By analyzing the causes of traffic congestion,it is concluded that there are both common and different causes for traffic congestion.The common cause is the contradiction between the large travel demand of urban population and the limited bearing capacity of the road network,while the different cause is related to the characteristics of each city.In view of the traffic congestion caused by different reasons,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and explores the feasible methods of traffic congestion management in other cities.
