随着中国式现代化改革时期的到来,各地铁城市结合高质量发展主题在新一轮城市更新中普遍加强了城市轨道交通建设与运营管理,预期通过技术赋能路径提高票务管理效率与质量,为乘客提供高品质服务。本次研究中概述了智慧票务管理的重要性,剖析了新时期智慧票务管理中存在的不足,并在此基础上对大数据技术在智慧票务管理中的应用,进行了具体探讨。

With the advent of the period of Chinese-style modernization and reform,metro cities have generally strengthened the construction and operation management of urban rail transit in the new round of urban renewal in combination with the theme of high-quality development.It is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of ticket management through technology empowerment path,and provide high-quality services for passengers.This study summarizes the importance of smart ticket management,analyzes the shortcomings in smart ticket management in the new era,and discusses the application of big data technology in smart ticket management on this basis.
