摘要
为提高当前智能变电站二次设备在软件版本维护、更新操作时的规范性、效率性和低风险性,设计并开发应用一款软件版本在线管控系统。详细阐述系统的整体架构设计方案,从系统功能角度论述各主要功能模块的实现过程,通过在智能变电站的试点应用效果显示,该系统可将操作时间压缩至原本的20%以下,大大提高了工作效率,规范了操作流程,有效减少人工操作出错概率,降低二次设备运维、检修期间产生的运行风险。
In order to improve the standardization,efficiency,and low risk of the current smart substation secondary equipment in software version maintenance and update operations,this paper designs,develops and applies a software version online management and control system.The overall architecture design scheme of the system was described in detail,and the implementation process of each main functional module was discussed from the perspective of system function.The results of the pilot application in the smart substation show that the system can compress the operating time to less than 20%of the original,greatly improve work efficiency,standardize the operation process,effectively reduce the probability of manual operation errors,and reduce the operational risks generated during the operation and maintenance of secondary equipment.
