摘要
为探讨组织支持感对小学教师工作满意度的影响机制,本研究采用问卷法对2568名小学教师进行了调查。结果显示:职业认同和职业倦怠分别中介组织支持感对小学教师工作满意度的影响;组织支持感还通过“职业认同→职业倦怠”这一中介链作用于小学教师工作满意度。在此基础上提出,增加对小学教师的支持、提高小学教师职业认同等提升小学教师工作满意度的对策和建议。
To explore the impactmechanismof organizational support on job satisfaction of primary school teachers,this study conducted a survey of 2568 primary school teachers by using a questionnaire method.The results showthat both career recognition and career burn-out play an influence on the job satisfaction of primary school teachers by perceived organizational support;The perceived organiza-tional support also acts on the job satisfaction of primary school teachers through the intermediary chain of“professional identity→oc-cupational burnout”.On this basis,strategies and suggestions are proposed to increase support for primary school teachers,promote their professional identity,and enhance their job satisfaction.
