摘要
科技成果的高产出与和科研评价的强需求,加速了科研评价中查收查引业务的发展。在此背景下,论文从分析“最后一公里”理念的内涵与特征入手,以三年来笔者所在图书馆在查收查引业务中的实证案例和应用成效为切入点,构建了查收查引业务服务框架模型。本研究构建的框架模型由内外两层构成,是对传统科研评价体系中查收查引业务的理性思考和实践指南。
The high output of scientific technological achievements and the strong demand for scientific research evaluation have promoted the service of included and cited papers checking in the scientific research evaluation system.In this context,this paper starts from analyzing the connotation and characteristics of“the last mile”concept,and constructs a framework model for the service of included and cited papers checking based on empirical cases and application results in the past three years.The connotation of this framework contains two aspects,which is a rational thinking and practical guide for the service of included and cited papers checking in the traditional scientific research evaluation system.
