劳动教育与中职护理专业教学融合的探析

Exploration on the Teaching Integration of Labor Education and Secondary Vocational Nursing Major

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,直接决定社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。护理事业关系人民健康,中职护生是守护人民健康的重要力量,在中职护理专业教学中融入劳动教育,仅靠课堂教学远远不够,应深化校企合作,拓宽劳动教育路径,因时、因地、因人制宜地进行劳动教育实践,彰显劳动价值、劳动情感和劳动态度等,推动劳动教育与护理专业教学深度融合。

Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,which directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation,as well labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.The nursing industry is closely related to people's health,as well vocational nursing students are an important force in safeguarding people's health.In the vocational nursing teaching,simply relying on classroom teaching is not enough.It is necessary to integrate labour education into the teaching ande deepen the school-enterprise cooperation,broaden the path of labor education,and carry out labor education practices that are tailored to the time,place,and people.By highlighting labor values,labor emotions,and labor attitudes,labor education can be deeply integrated with the nursing teaching.
