Exploring the Path of Cultivating the Professional Ability of Innovative Compound Elderly Care Personnel

通过总结国内外老年人才培养情况和经验,根据老年养护人才现状,研究国家政策和保障制度,提出劳动教育课程“三个阶段五种形式”劳动实践训练,培养学生的归纳和整理能力、劳动实践能力、自我约束能力,开辟“家庭健康守护者”专业技能培养途径,通过以赛促学提高竞争能力,实现创新复合型老年养护人才的培养目标。

By summarizing the training situation and experience of elderly personnel at home and abroad,studying the national policies and security system,and based on the current situation of elderly care personnel,this paper proposes the"three stages and five forms"labor practice of labor education curriculum,so as to cultivate students'induction and reorganization ability,labor practice ability and self-discipline ability,open up the professional skills training way of"family health guardian",improve the competitive ability through competition,and realize the cultivating goal of innovative and compound elderly care personnel.
