摘要
针对实习护生留职意愿进行潜在剖面分析,同时探究护理实习生留职意愿的潜在类别与心理资本、职业认同等的关系,为有效提高护理实习生留职意愿提供依据。
This paper analyzes the willingness to stay on duty of intern nursing students,and explores the relationship between the potential categories of their willingness to stay on duty and psychological capital,professional identity and other factors,so as to provide a basis for effectively improving the intern nursing students job retention intention.
