摘要
了解临床护理“双师型”教师的课程思政教学胜任力水平及相关影响因素,为开展课程思政教学培训提供参考。研究显示,临床护理“双师型”教师课程思政教学胜任力处于中上水平,各维度胜任力发展不均衡。管理者应采取措施为“双师型”教师提供良好的组织支持,提高其课程思政教学胜任力。
This paper investigates the competency level and related influencing factors of clinical nursing"dual teacher"teachers in Ideological&Political education,in order to provide reference for conducting course Ideological&Political education training.Research has shown that the competency of clinical nursing"dual-teacher"teachers in Ideological&Political education is at an above average level,and the development of competency in various dimensions is uneven.Managers should take measures to provide excellent organizational support for"dual-teacher"teachers and improve their competency in Ideological&Political education.
