成都市基层医疗机构护士培训实践及效果评价

Practice and Effect Evaluation of Nurses Training in Grass-roots Medical Institutions in Chengdu City

采用以理论为主的专题专题培训方式在7年里共对1298名基层医疗机构护士进行培训,并分别在培训前后进行理论考试,所有专题均在培训结束后进行技能考试。培训后,应用自行设计的调查问卷对培训对象进行培训效果调查。实践表明,有必要对基层医疗机构护士进行培训,制定培训方案时应考虑基层医疗机构的实践需求。

A total of 1,298 nurses in grass-roots medical institutions were trained in 7 years by adopting the theory-based thematic training method,and theoretical examinations were conducted before and after the training.All subjects were tested after the training.After the training,a self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate the training effects of the training objects.The results show that it is necessary to train nurses from grass-roots medical institutions,and the practical needs of grass-roots medical institutions should be taken into consideration when formulating training programs.
