摘要
采用整群随机抽样方法,探索情景模拟教学对低年资护士人文关怀能力、共情能力及情绪智力的干预效果,以期提高低年资护士人文关怀能力、共情能力及情绪智力。
Using the method of random cluster sampling,the study explored the impact of scenario simulation teaching on the humanistic care ability,empathy ability and emotional intelligence of junior nurses,in order to improve their humanistic care ability,empathy ability and emotional intelligence.
