摘要
调查了解护理实习生的成就动机和自我概念清晰度现状,并探讨两者的相关性,旨在为医学院校及实习医院的护理教育者和管理者采用针对性的有效策略、提高护理实习生自我概念清晰度和成就动机水平提供方法和参考。
This paper investigated the current status of achievement motivation and self-concept clarity among nursing interns,and explored the correlation between them.The aim was to provide methods and references for educators and managers of nurses in medical colleges and internship hospitals to adopt targeted and effective strategies to improve the self-concept clarity and achievement motivation levels of nursing interns.
