Application Effect of Flipped Classroom in the Training of Specialized Emergency Nurses

探讨翻转课堂教学模式在急诊专科护士培训中的应用效果。研究表明,翻转课堂教学模式可以提高急诊专科护士的理论知识和技能水平,还可以提升急诊专科护士的急救能力、应急处置能力、危重患者管理能力,超过80%的学员比较喜欢翻转课堂教学并且满意度较高。

This paper aims to explore the application effectiveness of flipped classroom teaching mode in the training of specialized emergency nurses.The research shows that the flipped classroom teaching mode can improve the theoretical knowledge and skill level of specialized emergency nurses,as well as enhance their abilities in emergency response,critical care management and patient care.More than 80%of the students expressed their preference for flipped classroom teaching and reported higher satisfaction with the approach.
