浙江省护理专业实训项目与行业需求的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Internship Projects of Nursing Major and Industry Demand in Zhejiang Province

为进一步了解浙江省内护理专业中高职院校实训项目开设现状,分析与行业实践项目需求的匹配度,采用问卷调查、电话访谈对浙江省内护理专业中高职院校、养老育婴企业开展调研,并对医院护理设备应用进行访谈。结果显示,浙江省开设护理专业的中高职院校实训建设条件不平衡,与养老育婴企业需求侧重点不一致。建议出台适合我省护理专业实训教学条件的建设标准,规范并调整专业实训教学项目设置,确保浙江省内卫生职业教育人才培养高质量发展的优势。

In order to further understand the current situation of practical training projects in secondary and higher vocational colleges of nursing major in Zhejiang Province,and analyze the degree of matching with the needs of industry internship projects,this paper adopted questionnaire survey and telephone interview to carry out research on secondary and higher vocational colleges of nursing major in Zhejiang Province,pension and infant care enterprises,and investigates the application of hospital nursing equipment.Results showed that the conditions for practicing training construction in nursing majors in secondary and higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province were unbalanced,which was inconsistent with the demand of pension and infant care enterprises.It is suggested that appropriate construction standards for practical training in nursing majors in our province should be introduced,and professional internship projects should be standardized and adjusted to ensure the high-quality development of personnel training in health vocational education in Zhejiang Province.
