基于高效工装的斜轴类零件加工工艺和检测设计

摘要 斜轴类零件在航空产品中应用越来越多,其使用功能决定了斜轴的高精度特点,斜轴类零件使用传统工装,按传统加工方法加工,按传统三坐标程序计量,存在装夹变形、找正困难、合格率低、效率低等问题。通过对斜轴类零件结构、特性和加工难点进行分析,从夹具、刀具、三坐标计量程序三方面着手,研究出适合斜轴类零件的最优工艺和检测方案,通过应用高效工装提高加工效率和合格率,通过高效刀具提高加工精度,通过三坐标的最优计量方案来提高检测效率和准确度,实现斜轴类零件合格率和加工效率的提高。对制造工艺和检测人员的工艺设计思路、工艺方法、三坐标计量方案设计具有借鉴意义。 Incline axis parts have been more and more used in aviation products,their use function determined the high precision characteristics of oblique axis,inclined axis parts used traditional tooling,and according to the traditional processing method and the traditional three coordinate program measurement,there were problems such as clip deformation,correction difficulties,low qualified rate,low efficiency and so on.Through the analysis of the inclined shaft parts structure,characteristics and processing difficulty,from the fixture,the tool and the three coordinate measurement program,we developed the optimal process and detection scheme.The application of efficient tooling improved machining efficiency and qualified rate.The efficient tool improved machining accuracy.By exploring the optimal measurement scheme of the three coordinate,we improved the detection efficiency and accuracy,so as to realize the qualified efficiency and machining efficiency.It had reference significance for the process design idea,process method and three-coordinate measurement scheme design of manufacturing process and testing personnel.
