摘要
为了给高温环境下工作的人员提供一种高效、实用的制冷产品,设计了一种轻便可靠的穿戴式制冷背心,并通过实验证明设计的可行性,以满足实际使用的预期。在实验中,对TEC1-7103电子制冷片在开放与密闭空间两种情况下,制冷温度、电池电压与时间这三者的关系进行研究。在前述两种情况条件下,记录相同电压时的两个制冷温度值,得出制冷温度的变化曲线;每间隔3 min记录制冷温度,得出制冷温度随时间的变化曲线;同时,得出电池电压随时间增加而呈现的下降曲线。经分析实验数据,得出在设计的条件下电能损耗量较小、制冷温度下降速度较快且达到一定值之后趋于平稳的结论,实现了制冷背心低电能损耗、高制冷效率的目的。
In order to provide a kind of efficient and practical refrigeration product for personnel working in high temperature environment,a portable and reliable wearable refrigeration vest was designed,and the feasibility of the design was proved to meet the expectations of actual use through experiments.In the experiment,it was studied that the relationship between refrigeration temperature,battery voltage and time of TEC1-7103 electronic refrigeration chip in open and closed space.Under the above two conditions,we recorded two refrigeration temperature values under the same voltage,and obtained the change curve of refrigeration temperature.We recorded the refrigeration temperature every three minutes,and obtained the curve of refrigeration temperature changing with time,at the same time,the decreasing curve of battery voltage with time was obtained.By analyzing the experimental data,it was concluded that under the designed conditions,the electric energy loss was small,the cooling temperature dropped rapidly and tended to be stable after reaching a certain value,so as to achieve the purpose of low electric energy loss and high cooling efficiency of the refrigeration vest.
