摘要
本文采用无催化剂体系,合成了由间苯二甲酸、癸二酸、乙二醇、新戊二醇组成的一系列聚酯多元醇。考察了不同醇酸比对反应时间的影响,通过1H-NMR和FT-IR表征了聚酯多元醇,探讨了不同配比合成聚酯多元醇流变粘度,表明该体系间苯二甲酸含量高,初始粘度大。初步评价了聚酯多元醇合成的聚氨酯胶粘剂性能。
In this paper,a series of polyester polyols composed of isophthalic acid,sebacic acid,ethyle ne glycol and neopentyl glycol were synthesized in a catalyst-free system.The influence of different alcohol-acid ratio on reaction time was investigated.The polyester polyol was characterized by 1H-NMR and FT-IR.The influence of the rheological viscosity of the synthesized polyester polyol was discussed,The results showed that the system had high isophthalic acid content,the initial viscosity was high.The properties of polyurethane adhesive synthesized by polyester polyol were evaluated.
