On the Time Value Connotation of the Hongyan Spirit

红岩精神是抗日战争和解放战争时期中国共产党人、革命志士在国民党统治区——重庆进行民族解放和人民解放的革命斗争中形成、展现的独具特色的伟大革命精神。红岩精神的形成、展现纵跨抗日战争和解放战争时期,具有爱国、团结、奋斗、学习、廉洁、民主、无畏、奉献八个方面的内涵,对中国共产党永葆生机活力,新时代实现伟大梦想、进行伟大斗争、建设伟大工程、推进伟大事业和造就社会主义新人具有重要的时代价值。

Hongyan spirit is a great revolutionary spirit with distinctive features,which was formed and manifested by the Communist Party of China(CPC) people and revolutionaries in the revolutionary struggle of national liberation and people's liberation in Chongqing,a Kuomintang-ruled area,during War of Resistance against Japan and the Liberation War.The formation and display of Hongyan spirit spanned the period of War of Resistance against Japan and the Liberation War,and it has eight connotations:patriotism,unity,struggle,learning,honesty,democracy,fearlessness and dedication.It is of great significance for the Communist Party of China to keep its vitality forever,realize its great dream,carry out great struggle,build great projects,advance great undertakings and cultivate new socialist people in the new era.
