摘要
借助Aspen Plus软件模拟获得甲苯、氯苯、邻二氯苯溶剂对光气的溶解度、溶解热、平均相对挥发度、分离难易程度等数据,并对其数据进行分析比较,为光气化生产工艺溶剂的选择和工程设计提供理论分析依据。
In this paper,Aspen Plus software is used to simulate and obtain data on the solubility,heat of dissolution,average relative volatility and difficulty of separation of toluene,chlorobenzene and o-dichlorobenzene solvents for phosgene,and the data is analyzed and compared,which provides a theoretical analysis basis for the selection of solvent and engineering design in the phosgenation production process.
