摘要
确保航道处于良好的水深和足够的通航底宽是航道管理部门的重要职责之一,为此等级以上航道需开展定期的维护疏浚工作。内河航道疏浚智慧管理系统以保障航道维护工程安全和高效管理为总目标,从工程要素的数字化入手,研发船舶异常行为检测和作业船舶监控功能,并开展航道疏浚船舶配比优化、成本感知的运泥船压载水优化等关键技术探索。该文通过研发集水深二维显示、工程信息集成管理及动态管控于一体的内河航道疏浚智慧管理系统,能够有效提升航道疏浚的智慧化水平。
Ensuring that the waterway is in good water depth and has sufficient navigation bottom width is one of the important responsibilities of the waterway management department.Therefore,regular maintenance and dredging work should be carried out for the waterway above this level.The intelligent management system for inland waterway dredging has the overall goal of ensuring the safety and efficient management of waterway maintenance projects.Starting with the digitization of engineering elements,it has developed functions for detecting abnormal behavior of ships and monitoring operating ships,and carried out research on key technologies such as optimizing the proportion of waterway dredging ships and optimizing the ballast water of cost aware dredgers.By developing an intelligent management system for inland waterway dredging that integrates two-dimensional display of water depth,integrated management of engineering information,and dynamic control,the intelligent level of waterway dredging can be effectively improved.
