基于GPS数据的上海市出租汽车候客站设置成效评估和布局研究

Research on Effectiveness Evaluation and Layout of Taxi Rank in Shanghai Based on GPS Data

随着上海市出租汽车候客站的建设,有必要对候客站的布局和设置效果进行综合评估。基于上海市巡游出租车GPS数据,采用大数据分析方法进行乘客打车热点识别。在此基础上,结合土地利用布局情况和出租汽车候客站实地调研情况,对出租汽车候客站的点位布局和设置成效进行评估分析,提出新建候客站选址建议。此外,系统梳理目前候客站存在的一系列问题,为新建候客站的点位规划和建设、管理提供一定的借鉴经验和参考意见。

With the construction of taxi rank in Shanghai,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the layout and effect of them.Based on the GPS data of cruising taxis in Shanghai,big data analysis method is used to identify passengers’boarding hotspots in this paper.On this basis,the point layout and setting effect of taxi rank are evaluated and analyzed combined with the land use layout and the field research of taxi rank,and suggestions on the location of new taxi rank are put forward.In addition,a series of problems existing in the current taxi rank are systematically summarized,which provides a certain reference for the point planning,construction and management of the new taxi rank.
