产教融合背景下广电全媒体人才培养机制研究

Study on the Mechanism for Cultivating Omnimedia Talents in Radio and Television in the Context of the Integration of Industry and Education

媒介融合的进一步深化对人才的供给侧提出了全新要求。党的二十大强调,要以国家战略需求为导向,推进产教融合,加快建设国家高技能人才。产教融合作为一种融合教育系统与产业系统的人才培养模式,是对全媒体时代技术快速融入内容生产与传播流程、平台运营与管理、媒体生态发展的产业变革的一种有效回应。近年来,部分高校逐步开始尝试产教融合的人才培养模式,对具体的培养策略进行了有益的探索与创新。但是课程设置与实践需求的矛盾、师资建设与能力需求的矛盾、培养单一与多元化需求的矛盾仍未得到有效解决。产教融合机制的设计需要寻找产教系统的耦合点,从协同论的角度出发,平衡各方利益诉求和交互方式,建立和完善“媒校共建”机制、就业服务机制、人才培养机制,促成产教融合良性循环,在提高高校人才培养质量的同时,满足传媒产业的人才诉求。

In the context of the integration of industry and education,the further deepening of media integration has placed new requirements for the supply side of talents.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need to align with the national strategic needs to further advance the integration of industry and education and accelerate the cultivation of high-skilled talents.As a talent training mode integrating the education system and industrial system,the integration of industry and education is an effective response to the industrial transformation of the rapid integration of technology into content production and dissemination process,platform operation and management,and the development of media ecology in the omnimedia era.In recent years,some colleges and universities have gradually begun to explore and innovate the talent training mode of industryeducation integration,and have made useful attempts in specific training strategies.However,challenges such as the contradiction between curriculum design and practical needs,the contradiction between faculty development and competency requirements,and the contradiction between singular training and diversified needs have not been effectively addressed.The design for the integration mechanism of industry and education needs to find the coupling points within the industry and education systems,and approach from the perspective of synergy,balance the interests and modes of interaction among various parties,establish and improve the mechanism for'collaborative construction between media and schools',for employment services and talent cultivation as well as promoting a virtuous cycle of integration of industry and education,so as to improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities while meeting the talent demands of the media industry.
