陕西红色文化融入本省高校辅导员思政工作研究

A Study on Integration of Red Culture into Ideological and Political Education of Counselors in Universities of Shaanxi Province

相对于其他省份,陕西红色文化在结构、存量上均具有显见的优势,陕西高校在利用红色文化方面更具有得天独厚的区位优势。这种优越条件理应支撑更高质量和水平的辅导员思政工作。但现实中陕西高校辅导员思政工作水平与红色文化相对匮乏省份相比,并无显著领先优势。陕西红色文化融入本省高校辅导员思政工作的应然与实然之间存在显见的悬殊与落差。促成“应然”与“实然”之间的一致性甚至重合性关系,在推动陕西红色文化融入本省高校辅导员思政工作过程中,必须坚持实地教育优先原则、就近原则和实效性原则,必须依托实地参观考察或模拟实地教育路径、日常实务性工作间隙的言传口授路径、班年级主题会议上的专题讲座路径、黑板报等校园媒体路径。如此,才可能让陕西红色文化“活起来”,才有可能取得与红色文化大省相匹配的辅导员思政工作实绩。

Compared to other provinces,Shaanxi's Red Culture,in terms of structure and stock,has distinct advantages,and universities in Shaanxi have a unique geographical advantage in utilizing Red Culture.These superior conditions should support higher quality and standards of ideological and political education by counselors.However,in reality,the level of ideological and political work by counselors in Shaanxi universities does not have a significant leading advantage compared to provinces with relatively deficient Red Culture.There is a noticeable discrepancy between the expectation and reality of integrating Shaanxi's Red Culture into the ideological and political work of counselors in local universities.To reconcile the relationship of consistency and even coincidence between the"expected"and the"actual",it is essential to adhere to the principle of priority for field education,proximity,and practicality during the process.This must rely on paths such as on-site visits or simulated field education,oral instruction during daily practical work,themed lectures at class meetings,and campus media such as bulletin boards.Only in this way can Shaanxi's Red Culture be"revived",and it is possible to achieve substantial results in the ideological and political work of counselors that match the large province of Red Culture.
