随着社会经济的快速发展,乡村振兴已经提上了日程,实施“脱贫攻坚向乡村振兴”的有效衔接,提升乡镇政府公共服务能力是关键。分析乡镇政府公共服务供给能力面临的突出问题,探究提升乡镇政府公共服务能力的策略,应该主要采取以体制机制的完善筑牢乡镇政府的转型、加强乡镇干部队伍建设、多措并举提高乡镇政府公共服务供给方式等措施,这是摆在各级政府面前的一项紧迫任务。

With the rapid development of social economy,rural revitalization has been put on the agenda.It is the key to improve the public service capacity of township governments to effectively link“poverty alleviation to rural revitalization”.In order to analyze the prominent problems of the township government’s public service supply capacity and explore the strategies to promote the township government public service ability,it is an urgent task for the township governments to strengthen the transformation of township government,enhance the construction of township cadre team,and promote the ways to the township government public service ability through the perfection of mechanism of township government.
