新时代高校教务管理改革的难为困境与有为路径

高校管理工作的核心是教学管理,教学管理的成效取决于教务管理。高校教务管理是高校管理工作的核心内容之一,是一项系统工程,具有独特的繁杂性与压力性、政策性与规律性、责任性与创新性特点。新时代,高校教务管理改革面临教学管理工作体制不完善及基层教务管理人员队伍不稳定、自身技能素质不高、进取精神和灵活性不足、心理不平衡和工作效率不高等困境。针对新时代高校教务管理改革普遍存在的问题,应采取明确教务管理理念和目标、建立健全高校教务管理体制、完善教务管理各项规章制度、创新高校教务管理机制等措施,全面推进高校教务管理优化。

Teaching management is the core of university management job,and the effect of teaching management depends on educational administration.University educational administration is the one of core contents of university management job.It is a systems engineering and has unique characteristics of complexity and stress,policy-nature and regularity,and responsibility and innovation.In the new epoch,university educational administration has to face many difficulties such as the incomplete teaching management mechanism,unstable team of basic educational administrators,low skills and quality level,insufficient enterprising spirit and flexibility,psychological imbalance and low work efficiency.Aiming at the common problems existing in the reform of university educational administration in the new ear,some measures should be taken including clear ideas and goals of educational management,establishing and improving the system of university educational administration,improve rules and regulations of educational administration,innovating mechanism of university educational administration and comprehensively promoting the optimization of university educational administration and management.
