高等学校要提升办学水平,彰显办学特色,主要依靠高质量学科建设,这是高校高质量发展的重要内容,也是地方本科高校高质量发展的内生动力和必然选择。高校学科建设主要包括凝练学科方向、创建学科平台、汇聚学科队伍、争创学科立项、营造学术氛围和获得社会认可六个方面。地方高校学科建设要从单纯的学术取向发展模式转变为构建应用型学科体系发展模式,促进应用型学科引领应用型专业,开创具有应用型区域特色和区位优势的学科专业一体化建设新途径。

Improving the level for running a university and highlighting school-running characteristics mainly relies on the high-quality disciplines construction,which is the main content of high-quality development for colleges and universities as well as the internal diving force and inevitable choice for the local colleges and universities.Discipline construction in colleges and universities mainly includes the following six aspects:condensing discipline direction,creating discipline platform,gathering discipline team,striving for discipline project approval,creating academic atmosphere and gaining social recognition.To promote application-oriented disciplines to lead application-oriented majors,discipline construction in local colleges and universities should be changed from the development mode of pure academic orientation to the construction of application-oriented discipline system,and create a new way of integration construction of disciplines and majors with application-oriented regional characteristics and regional advantages.
