一种基于螺旋测微器改进的长度测量方法

摘要 长度是国际单位制中的7个基本物理量之一,是科学研究中的重要物理参数,也是使用频率最高的物理量.分析常见测量工具的测量原理与方法,提出针对螺旋测微器的改进升级途径.结果显示,改进后螺旋测微器的测量精度提高了50倍,效果显著.同时,改进方法简单易行,生产成本几乎没有增加,螺旋测微器用户可以方便地自行实施.该改进思路对提高大学生创新能力有一定的借鉴意义. Length is one of the seven fundamental physical quantities in the International System of Units,an important physical parameter in scientific research,and the most frequently used physical quantity.This article provides a detailed analysis of the measurement principles and methods hidden in common measurement tools,and proposes effective ways to improve and upgrade spiral micrometers.The improvement results show that the measurement accuracy of the improved spiral micrometer has increased by 50 times,and the improvement method is simple and feasible,with almost no cost increase for manufacturers,resulting in significant results.Spiral micrometer users can also easily implement it by themselves,and this improvement idea has certain reference significance for college students to improve their innovation ability.
