蒙古高原盐角草地理隔离种群的主要性状差异及其环境影响因子分析

Analysis of traits character differences and environmental impact factors of geographically isolated populations of Salicornia europaea L.on the Mongolian Plateau

摘要 本文对蒙古高原盐角草地理隔离种群间的主要性状差异及其环境影响因子进行分析,结果表明:蒙古高原盐角草地理隔离种群间株高、分枝数和生物量有显著差异,其中巴彦淖尔盐湖盐角草个体分枝数和生物量显著高于其他种群(P<0.05),吉兰泰盐池盐角草和乌梁素海盐角草株高显著高于其他种群(P<0.05),各地理种群盐角草个体分枝数与生物量间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),盐角草地理隔离种群主要性状中株高变异系数小于分枝数和生物量;多元回归分析表明,土壤EC与盐角草个体分枝数与生物量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),盐角草株高与年均气温呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与年降水量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);盐角草个体分枝数及生物量与年均气温呈显著负相关(P<0.05);蒙古高原盐角草地理隔离种群的主要性状变异主要发生在隔离种群之间,种群内变异较小,区域尺度上的年均气温和生境土壤EC是影响蒙古高原盐角草地理隔离种群主要性状分化的环境因素之一。 The main traits differences and environmental factors of isolated populations of Salicornia europaea.L were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in plant height,branch number and biomass among isolated populations of Salicornia europaea.The individual branch number and biomass of Salicornia europaea in Bayannaoer Salt Lake were significantly higher than those of other populations(P<0.05),and the plant height of Salicornia europaea in Jilantai Yanchi and Wuliangsu Haiyanocornis were significantly higher than those of other populations(P<0.05).The individual branch number and biomass of Salicornia europaea in all geographical populations were significantly positively correlated(P<0.01).The variation coefficient of plant height was smaller than that of branch number and biomass.Multiple regression analysis showed that soil EC was negatively correlated with individual branch number and biomass(P<0.05),plant height was positively correlated with average annual temperature(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with annual precipitation(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between individual branch number and biomass and average annual temperature(P<0.05).The main traits variation of the isolated populations of Salicornia europaea occurred mainly among isolated populations,and the variation within the populations was little.The average annual temperature and habitat soil EC at the regional scale were one of the environmental factors affecting the main character differentiation of the isolated populations of Salicornia europaea.
