为提升新的历史时期干部人事档案工作的标准化、规范化管理水平,对新形势下做好干部人事档案工作的重要性和必要性进行阐述。在此基础上,对当前干部人事档案工作中存在的典型问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策及建议。研究成果可为科研单位干部人事档案的标准化管理提供一定参考。

In order to improve the standardization and normalization management level of cadre personnel archive work in the new historical period,the importance and necessity of doing a good job in the management of personnel files for cadres in scientific research institutes are elaborated.On this basis,the typical problems in the current work of cadre personnel archives are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The research results can provide some references for the standardized management of personnel files of cadres in scientific research institutes.
