中部地区高技术产业绿色创新效率测度及其驱动因素研究

Green Innovation Efficiency Measurement and Driving Factors of High⁃tech Industries in Central China

以2009-2018年中部六省面板数据为研究样本,运用Super-SBM模型对各省高技术产业绿色创新效率进行测算,然后利用面板回归模型对其驱动因素进行实证分析.研究结果表明:山西、安徽、江西和河南四个省份的高技术产业绿色创新效率呈波动上升趋势,湖北和湖南两省的高技术产业绿色创新效率呈波动下降趋势;从绿色创新效率的均值来看,安徽省在中部六省中排名第三,处于中上位置;政府研发补贴、对外开放程度以及金融发展对中部各省高技术产业绿色创新效率有抑制作用,而经济发展水平、环境规制及教育程度对中部各省高技术产业绿色创新效率有促进作用.

Taking the panel data of six provinces in central China from 2009 to 2018 as the research sam⁃ples,this paper uses Super⁃SBM model to measure the green innovation efficiency of high⁃tech industries.And then makes an empirical analysis of its driving factors.The results shows:the green innovation efficiency of high⁃tech industries in Shanxi,Anhui,Jiangxi and Henan provinces shows a fluctuating upward trend,while that of Hubei and Hunan provinces shows a fluctuating downward trend.From the mean value of green innovation effi⁃ciency,Anhui ranks the third among the six central provinces,which is in the upper middle position.Govern⁃ment R&D subsidy,degree of opening to the outside world and financial development have inhibitory influence,while economic development,environmental regulation and education have promoting influence on the green in⁃novation efficiency of high⁃tech industries.
