摘要
深部开采厚隔水层底板高承压水突水灾害是制约深部煤层安全高效开采的重大问题。本文以邢东矿为研究对象,根据深部开采厚隔水底板的突水量变化和底板破坏特征,将作用于底板的应力扰动模式细化为远场基本顶失稳的动载荷和近场支承压力的静载荷扰动模式两类,并将深部开采厚隔水层底板破坏模式划分为采动裂隙与底板深部隐伏构造和贯穿断层直接沟通奥灰含水层破坏模式两种,以此构建了以“区域注浆加固治理+切顶卸压”为主的深部开采厚隔水层底板突水的防控技术,有效地预防了邢东矿深部区域厚隔水层底板突水灾害的发生。
High confined water outburst disaster of thick aquiclude floor in deep mining is a major problem restricting the safe and efficient mining of deep coal seam.In this paper,Xingdong Mine was taken as the research object.According to the change of water outburst and the failure characteristics of thick aquiclude floor in deep mining,the stress disturbance mode acting on the floor was divided into two types:the dynamic load of far-field main roof instability and the static load disturbance mode of near-field abutment pressure.The failure mode of thick aquiclude floor in deep mining was divided into two modes:mining-induced fracture and deep concealed structure of floor and the failure mode of directly connecting Ordovician limestone aquifer through fault.Based on this,the prevention and control technology of water outburst from thick aquiclude floor in deep mining based on'regional grouting reinforcement+roof cutting and pressure relief'was constructed.It effectively prevented the occurrence of water outburst from thick aquifuge floor in deep area of Xingdong Mine.
