摘要
随着《新时代基础教育强师计划》的出台,我国师范教育发展迎来良好的发展契机,地方本科师范院校新师范建设也恰逢其时。地方本科师范院校的新师范建设是新时代教师教育的重新出发,是“去师范”之后的重新回归,是培养人民满意的高质量教师的新方案,是培养适应智能时代教师的新选择,是扎根中国大地的教师培养新方向。地方本科院校新师范建设应突出以下四个特征:师德为先、注重实践、强调开放、需求导向。地方本科师范院校新师范建设的路径为:加强全方位师德养成,注重立德树人实效;突出实践育人,强化解决现实问题能力;探索设立“实验班”,发挥示范引领作用;落实高校-政府-中小学三位一体制度,加强多方位立体化合作。
With the introduction of the plan for strengthening teachers force by basic for education in the new era,the development of normal education in our country is facing a good opportunity,and the construction of new normal university in local normal universities is also in the right time.The new normal university construction of local normal universities is a new starting point of teacher education in the new era,a new return after“weakening the characteristics of normal universities”,a new scheme for training high-quality teachers who satisfy the people,a new choice for training teachers who adapt to the intellectual era,and a new direction for training teachers who are rooted in China.The construction of new normal university in local universities should highlight the following four characteristics:teachers’ethics first,practice-oriented,open-minded and demand-oriented.The paths of the new normal university construction in local normal universities are as follows:strengthening the all-round cultivation of teachers’morality,paying attention to the actual effect of building up morality and cultivating people;giving prominence to educating people through practice and strengthening the ability of solving realistic problems;exploring the establishment of“experimental class”,playing an exemplary and leading role;implementing the Trinity System of university-government-primary and middle schools,and strengthening multi-dimensional cooperation.
