摘要 以液体石蜡为油相,疏水白炭黑为活性组分,失水山梨醇单油酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚与单硬脂酸甘油酯复配组分为乳化剂,制得一种水性涂料用有机硅消泡剂。固定消泡剂的固含量为40%,分别考察了不同液体石蜡含量、不同疏水白炭黑含量及不同亲水亲油平衡值对所制得消泡剂的消泡、抑泡性和分散性的影响。结果表明,当体系中液体石蜡的含量为29(w)%,疏水白炭黑的含量为0.15(w)%,复配乳化剂的HLB值为8.5时,消泡时间仅需83s,抑泡时间为75s,在水中分散时,无油斑,无油相颗粒。 An organosilicon defoamer was successfully prepared by using liquid paraffin as oil phase,hydrophobic silica as active component,sorbitan monooleate,alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and glyceryl monostearate as emulsifier.The effect of different liquid paraffin content,different hydrophobic silica content,and different HLB value of the prepared organosilicon defoamer on the defoaming time and dispersibility were investigated under the solid content of 40%.The results showed that when the liquid paraffin content was 29%,the hydrophobic silica content was 0.15%,and the HLB value was 8.5,the defoaming time was only 83s,and the antifoaming time was 75s.When dispersed the prepared defoamerin water,there is no oil stain and no oil particles in the water surface.
