固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定自来水中6种消毒副产物 被引量:1

摘要 建立固相微萃取-气相色谱-串联质谱法测定自来水中三氯甲烷、三氯乙腈、一氯乙腈、溴二氯甲烷、二氯乙腈、一溴乙腈6种常见消毒副产物(DBPs)含量的分析方法。结果显示,当萃取时间为40min,萃取温度为50℃,NaCl投加量为2.0g时,6种目标消毒副产物响应强度达到最高值。各目标化合物线性关系较好,R^(2)范围为0.9993~0.9997,方法检出限范围为0.001~0.006μg·L^(-1),测定下限范围为0.010~0.029μg·L^(-1)。经实验室比对,该方法所得的日内和日间RSD分别为1.85%~4.63%和2.19%~6.24%,加标回收率范围为97.4%~107.3%,均优于传统的液-液萃取-气相色谱-串联质谱法。该方法可应用于自来水样品中DBPs的定性定量分析,为相关国家标准的制定提供依据。 A method for the determination of six common disinfection by-products(DBPs)in tap water was established by solid phase microextraction gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.When the extraction time was 40 min,the extraction temperature was 50℃and the sodium chloride dosage was 2.0g,the response intensity of the six target disinfection by-products reached the highest value.The linear relationship of each target substance was good,R^(2) range was 0.9993~0.9997,and the detection limit of the method was 0.001~0.006μg·L^(-1),the lower limit of determination was 0.010~0.029μg·L^(-1).Through laboratory comparison,the intra and inter day RSD obtained by this method were 1.85%~4.63%and 2.19%~6.24%respectively,and the recovery rate of spiking was 97.4%~107.3%,which was superior to the traditional liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.This method can be well applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of DBPs in tap water samples,and can provide a basis for the formulation of relevant national standards.
