摘要
建立超高压液相色谱(UPLC)配备二极管阵列检测器(DAD)快速测定市售饮料中的安赛蜜、苯甲酸等12种添加剂残留量的检测方法。12种添加剂在0.1~20μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好;相关系数均大于0.999;检测限在0.009~0.026μg·mL^(-1)之间;回收率(三水平)范围为95.4%~102.4%;精密度(n=6)在5.0%以内。方法具备简便、快速等特点,可以用于常见市售饮料中防腐剂、甜味剂和人工色素的检测。
To develop UPLC-DAD wavelength switching method for determination of 12 food additive(acesulfame,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,sodium cyclamate,lemon yellow,dehydroacetic acid,new red,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,allure red and brilliant blue)residues in commercially available beverages.12 food additives showed good linear relationships in the concentration range 0.1~20μg·mL^(-1);with correlation coefficients all greater than 0.999.Detection limits were in the range 0.009~0.026μg·mL^(-1),the average recoveries for samples was 95.4%~102.4%,Precision(n=6)within 5.0%.The method was simple,rapid with accurate results,and can be used for determination of preservatives,sweeteners and artificial color in commercially available beverages.
