摘要
采用沉淀沉积法制备了3种惰性载体(SBA-15、SBA-16和SiO_(2))负载的铜基催化剂,经H_(2)550℃还原处理后对CO进行氧化,其活性顺序为CuO/SBA-15>CuO/SBA-16>CuO/SiO_(2),通过XRD、BET比表面积、紫外-可见漫反射及H_(2)-TPR表征,结果表明,对于3种惰性载体,SBA-15的比表面积最大,对活性物种CuO的分散度最高,活性也最好,而SiO_(2)由于对CuO物种的分散度最差,活性也最低。
Three kinds of copper-based catalysts loaded with inert carriers(SBA-15,SBA-15 and SiO_(2))were prepared by precipitation deposition method.After hydrogen reduction treatment at 550℃,CO oxidation was carried out.The order of activity was Cu/SBA-15>Cu/SBA-16>Cu/SiO_(2).XRD,BET specific surface area,DRUV-vis and H_(2)-TPR characterization showed that for the three inert carriers,SBA-15 had the largest specific surface area,the highest dispersion of CuO species and the best activity,while SiO_(2)had the lowest activity due to the worst dispersion of CuO species.
