摘要
仿真试验结果表明:刀具转速、刀具前进速度与除秆清根作业效率、根茬受力、根茬运动速度、根茬位移量呈正相关;刀具转速、刀具前进速度与根茬出现明显位移的时间节点呈负相关。根据响应曲面最优值求解刀具最佳工作参数,得到最佳刀具前进速度0.594 m·s^(-1),最佳刀具转速292.311 r·min^(-1),最佳挡板高度250 mm,理论根茬损失率2.89%,理论根茬脱土率93.60%。验证试验结果表明,平均根茬脱土率为97.61%,平均根茬损失率为3.59%,与理论值差异较小。
The simulation test results show that the tool rotational speed and tool advancement speed are positively correlated with the efficiency of stubble removal operation,stubble force,stubble movement speed and stubble displacement,and the tool rotational speed and tool advancement speed are negatively correlated with the time point of significant stubble displacement.Response surface analysis revealed that the optimum operating parameters of the tool consisted of forward speed of 0.594 m·s^(-1),rotational speed of 292.311 r·min^(-1)and baffle height of 250 mm,resulting in a theoretical stubble removal rate of 93.60%and stubble loss of 2.89%,which were very close to the actual average stubble removal rate(97.61%)and stubble loss rate(3.59%)by verification test.
