摘要
本研究首先采用松香酸对环氧大豆油进行改性,合成一种含有氢化三菲环结构的生物基多元醇-松香酸改性环氧大豆油(RAESO).并调控其与聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG2000)二者之间的质量比,制备了性能优异的生物基水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU-RAESO).采用FT-IR、1H-NMR、GPC、DLS、CA、TEM、AFM和TGA对RAESO及其改性水性聚氨酯乳液的结构与性能进行了表征和分析.结果表明:松香酸成功对环氧大豆油开环得到RAESO,其作为生物基多元醇通过聚合引入到聚氨酯分子结构中;引入RAESO后,聚氨酯乳液的分散性均匀,粒径减小,WPU-5RAESO乳液的粒径最小,可达53.23 nm;乳胶膜的接触角先减小后增大,WPU-5RAESO乳胶膜的水接触角可达95.2°,其表面凹凸区域规则且广泛,疏水性能良好;WPU-5RAESO乳胶膜的T50%可达356℃,热稳定性增强;同时拉伸强度提高了28.5%.
Epoxidized soybean oil was modified by rosin acid to synthesize a biological polyol which had hydrogenated triphenylene ring structure.The bio based RAESO modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion(WPU-RAESO)with excellent performance was successfully prepared by RAESO and PTMG2000 used as mixed polyol.The structure and properties of RAESO and WPU-RAESO were characterized and analyzed by FT-IR,1H-NMR,GPC,DLS,CA,TEM,AFM and TGA.The results showed that rosin acid successfully opened the ring of epoxidized soybean oil and waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by RAESO as biological polyol.When RAESO was introduced to polyurethane,the latex particle size of WPU-RAESO decreased.The particle size of WPU-5RAESO was the smallest,up to 53.23 nm.The contact angle of the emulsion film decreased first and then increased.The contact angle of the WPU-5RAESO emulsion film reached 95.2°,its surface concave convex area was regular and wide,and the hydrophobicity was good.At the same time,the T 50%of WPU-5RAESO emulsion film can reach 356℃,and the tensile strength was increased by 28.5%,which showed the thermal stability and mechanical properties of WPU-RAESO were enhanced.
