摘要
针对油气开采平台高温、高压油气介质工况用金属硬密封球阀,设计了一种高性能弹性阀座。介绍了金属硬密封球阀设计参数及密封性能试验要求,对比了弹性阀座和常规阀座的结构设计,采用有限元方法对2种结构阀座密封环带应力分布进行模拟分析。通过高压液体密封试验和高压气体密封试验,验证了弹性阀座良好的密封性能,尤其在高参数工况下弹性阀座的密封效果更加突出。
A high-performance elastic valve seat was designed for a metal sealed ball valve used in high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas medium working condition in oil and gas exploitation platforms.The design parameters and sealing performance test requirements of the metal sealed ball valve were introduced,comparing the structural design of the elastic valve seat and the conventional valve seat,the finite element method was used to simulate and analyze the stress distribution of the valve seat sealing ring of two kinds of structures.Through high-pressure liquid seal tests and high-pressure gas seal tests,the good sealing performance of the elastic valve seat was verified,especially under high parameter conditions,the elastic valve seat sealing effect is more prominent.
