压力容器壳体局部应力校核限制条件分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了HG/T 20582—2020 《钢制化工容器强度计算规范》、 JB 4732—1995 《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准(2005年确认)》、 ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-1—2021 “Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels Division 1”及ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-2—2021“Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels Division 2—Alternative Rules”中关于外载荷作用下压力容器壳体局部应力的校核条件,并结合材料的安全系数,举例对各标准中局部应力校核限制条件进行分析讨论。认为ASME规范中的局部应力校核条件合理,对HG/T20582—2020、 JB 4732—1995中局部应力校核限制范围提出了建议。 The checking conditions of local stress of pressure vessel shell under external load in HG/T 20582—2020“Standard of Strength Calculation for Steel Chemical Vessels”,JB 4732—1995“Steel Pressure Vessels—Design by Analysis(Confirmed in 2005)”,ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-1—2021“Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels Division 1”and ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-2—2021“Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels Division 2-Alternative Rules”were introduced.With examples,the restriction conditions of local stress check in each standard were analyzed and discussed,combined with the safety factor of materials.It is considered that the local stress checking conditions in the ASME Code are reasonable,and suggestions were proposed on the limits of local stress check in HG/T 20582-2020 and JB 4732—1995.
