随着智能化信息技术的发展,以大数据为支撑,打造智能财务体系建设成为越来越多企业深化创新、转型发展的新选择。以乌海能源公司财务部为例,提出在新形势下提升企业财务管理能力实践研究。加快推进智能化手段在财务管理中的广泛应用,加强技术创新,以智能机器人代替部分重复繁琐的人工劳动为目标,不断提高财务数据准确性和时效性,充分发挥智慧财务的巨大潜能和效率,通过建立财务智能分析管理平台,开发RPA财务机器人,优化制度流程,“解放”财务人员双手,全面提升财务系统化、自动化、智能化、数字化水平。

With the development of intelligent information technology,more and more enterprises tend to con⁃struct an intelligent financial system supported by Big Data as their new choice for innovation and transforma⁃tion for development.They accelerate the extensive application of intelligent means in financial management,strengthen technological innovation,use intelligent robots to replace some repeated and tedious manual labors,continuously improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial data,give full play to the great potential and efficiency of the smart finance,establish intelligent financial analysis and management platform to develop the RPA financial robots,optimize the systems and procedures,free the hands of financial personnel,and comprehensively improve the level of financial systematization,automation,intelligence and digitalization.Tak⁃ing the Finance Department of Wuhai Energy as an example,this paper presents the practical research on improving the financial management capabilities of enterprises in the current situation.
