生态环境修复治理在黄白茨矿业公司的应用

摘要 矿产资源的开采为社会可持续发展带来巨大的经济效益,然而由于早年间矿区开采缺乏科学合理的规划,煤炭开采对矿区生态环境与资源产生诸多破坏。为深入贯彻落实生态文明思想,践行绿色发展理念,黄白茨矿业公司围绕采坑塌陷治理、应用矸石山边坡减坡、植被修复及资源开采等技术措施进行了综合治理,取得了显著成效。本文通过分析矿山环境恢复治理在国内外实施现状,对老矿井周边地质生态环境治理存在的突出问题及措施的运用效果进行阐述,对今后同类矿井绿色、生态、环保、低碳发展提供相关经验借鉴。 The exploitation of mineral resources has brought significant economic benefits to the sustainable development of society.However,due to the lack of scientific and reasonable planning for mining in the ear-ly years,coal mining has caused many damages and disturbances to the ecological environment and resourc-es in the mining area.In order to thoroughly implement the thinking of ecological civilization delivered at the 18th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China,the green mine construction of Huang-baici Mine was started in the process of transformation to green and intelligent mines,and comprehensive treatment was carried out based on the pit collapse treatment and by adopting technical measures such as gradient reduction of waste heap slope,vegetation restoration,resource exploitation,etc.,achieving remarkable results.By analyzing the implementation status of mine environmental restoration and governance at home and abroad,this paper elaborates the problems existing in the governance of the geological and ecological en-vironment around old mines and the implementation effects of measures,and provides relevant references for the green,ecological,environmental protection and low-carbon development of similar mines in the future.
