摘要
稳定可靠的通风系统是煤矿安全生产的基础,目前我国通风管理决策仍以定性分析为主,现有安全监控系统风速传感器稳定性差、测量误差大,以及巷道断面风速分布不均匀,定点传感器无法测得巷道平均风量,人工测风数据闭合性差,无法对井下主要用风地点风量进行有效调控,通风系统调控智能化严重不足。为夯实矿井安全生产基础,紧扣国家政策和相关标准,结合国家能源集团乌海能源有限责任公司(以下简称乌海能源公司)所属煤矿生产实际,开展煤矿智能通风建设与应用,对促进煤矿智能通风技术管理与应用具有重要意义。
Stable and reliable ventilation system is the foundation of coal mine production safety.Currently,the ventilation management decision-making in China is still based on qualitative analysis.The current air ve⁃locity transducer for safety monitoring system has poor stability and measurement error,the air speed distribu⁃tion in the roadway section is non-uniform,the fixed point sensor is unable to measure the average air quan⁃tity in roadway;with poor closing of manual air measurement data,it is impossible to effectively control the air quantity in the main underground air supply points,and the intelligent control of ventilation system is se⁃riously insufficient.In order to consolidate the foundation for mine production safety,the construction and ap⁃plication of intelligent ventilation in coal mines were carried out in accordance with national policies and rel⁃evant standards and in consideration of the actual production of coal mines under the CHN Energy Wuhai Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Wuhai Energy),which are of great significance to promote the technical management and application of intelligent ventilation in coal mines.
