摘要
本文通过束管取气、高精度光学传感检测等技术,开发了适于煤矿防火关键参数O2、CO、CH4的实时在线监测装置,研究运用先进的分布式光纤测温技术,实现了煤自燃温度的直接、快速感知与定位,对采空区煤自然发火状态、安全风险实现全方位实时在线监测,为指导开采进度、评估安全风险、精准实施防火措施奠定了基础。
In this paper,a real-time online monitoring device suitable for the key parameters of O2,CO and CH4 in coal mine fire prevention was developed by adopting the technologies such as tube bundle air extraction and high-precision optical sensing detection.By studying and applying the advanced distributed temperature sensing technology,the direct and fast sensing and positioning of coal self-ignition temperature were realized,and the all-round real time online monitoring of spontaneous combustion status and safety risks of coal in mined-out area was carried out,which lay a foundation for guiding the mining progress,eval-uating the safety risks and accurately implementing fire prevention measures.
