智能机器人巡检系统在井下变电所的应用

摘要 煤矿井下重要场所环境复杂,尤其是环境恶劣的变电所,设计智能机器人巡检系统,解决了传统人工巡检方式存在的问题。根据供电系统性能要求,巡检机器人能够实现火灾预警、运行状态采集、视频监控等功能。机器人还可以根据故障预警情况自动到达故障位置,对故障部位或故障设备运行状态进行拍摄,上传到调度中心进行故障分析,提供有效的决策,完成井下巡检任务,解决了人力不足问题。这种巡检方式减少了人工成本,提高了巡检效率,为变电所可靠运行提供了有效的安全保障。 In view of the complex environment in important places in coal mines,especially the substation with harsh environment,an intelligent robot patrol system was designed,which solved the problems of conven-tional manual patrol inspection.According to the performance requirements of power supply system,the pa-trol robot is able to achieve functions such as fire pre-warning,acquisition of running state and video moni-toring.Moreover,the robot is able to reach the fault location automatically according to the fault pre-warn-ing,take pictures of the fault location or the running status of the faulty equipment,upload them to the dis-patching center for fault analysis and effective decision making,complete the underground patrol inspection,and solve the undermanned problem.Such inspection method reduces the labor cost,improves the inspection efficiency and guarantees effective security for the reliable operation of the substation.
