摘要
在梳理国内外学者相关文献的基础上,提出“创新创业教育—创业自我效能感—创业意向”的关系模型,并把创新创业教育分为创业环境、创业学习和创业竞赛三个构面进行研究分析。以浙江省752名学生作为研究对象开展问卷调研,检验创新创业教育与创业意向的关系,同时验证创业自我效能感在创新创业教育与创业意向之间的中介效应。实证结果显示:一、创业学习、创业竞赛对创业自我效能感呈显著正向影响,但创业环境对创业自我效能感不存在显著影响;二、创业学习、创业竞赛对创业意向呈显著正向影响,但创业环境对创业意向不存在显著影响;三、创业自我效能感在创业学习、创业竞赛与创业意向间有中介效应,但其在创业环境和创业意向间不存在中介作用。
Based on the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper puts forward the relationship model of“innovation and entrepreneurship education—entrepreneurial self-efficacy—entrepreneurial intention”,and divides the innovation and entrepreneurship education into three dimensions:entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial competition.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 752 students in Zhejiang Province to test the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention,and to verify the mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy between innovation and entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention.The empirical results show that:First,entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial competition have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy,but entrepreneurial environment has no significant impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy;Second,entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial competition have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,but entrepreneurial environment has no significant impact on entrepreneurial intention;Third,entrepreneurial self-efficacy has mediating effect between entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial competition and entrepreneurial intention,but it has no mediating effect between entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention.
