基于因子分析和数据包络分析的高职院校创新创业教育效率研究——以F省为例

Research on the Efficiency Evaluation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Factor Analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis——Taking Province F as an Example

运用因子分析法对投入指标进行降维处理,构建评价高职院校创新创业教育效率的数据包络分析模型,并对F省43所高职院校2019年的创新创业教育进行实证分析。结果表明,绝大部分高职院校处于数据包络分析无效状态,综合效率普遍不高且各校之间差距较大,其主要原因是规模效率偏低,产出不足且主要集中在学生自主创业率上,超过一半的院校创新创业教育资源投入亟待增加。

Through the application of factor analysis method to reduce the dimension of input indicators,construct a data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and makes an empirical analysis on innovation and entrepreneurship education of 43 higher vocational colleges in Province F in 2019.The results show that most of the higher vocational colleges are in the invalid state of DEA,the comprehensive efficiency is generally not high,and the disparities among different schools are great,which is mainly due to the low scale efficiency,the deficiency in output is mainly concentrated on the rate of students’independent entrepreneurship,and more than half of the schools need to increase the input of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources.
